I work across mulitple projects; planning, delivering and supporting workshops and activities which support the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people aged 0-18 in South East Essex.I support 0-4 year olds and their families through the ABSS funded Families Growing Together project.I work across several youth groups, planning and facilitating social interaction, games, and wellbeing activities for young people aged 11-18.I work with young people that are currently not attending school, e.g. school refusers, EHE. We run 4 workshops a week supporting the wellbeing of these young people in order to better prepare them for rejoining school and/or equipping them for the challenged faced in modern life - e.g. Social Media, Anxiety, Stress.
