Assisted with overseeing the construction of the companies' projects, ensuring their delivery on time and within budget. Responsible for directing, organizing, and controlling project activities under the direction of the Project Manager and Superintendent, including assisting in, project management, project coordination, estimating, plan reading and takeoffs.Issue subcontracts/owner change orders/sub change orders. •Track and manage completed change notices and change orders. •Enter and manage budget in software. •Catalogue RFI’s and responses. •Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team. •Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. •Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained. •Keep the project manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.•Maintain in-depth knowledge of reading plans. •Engage in problem solving and conflict resolution. •Assume responsibility for estimating and quantity takeoffs. •Create project proposals and estimates. •Review invoices for billing accuracy and approve in paperless software. •Keep and coordinate the manpower schedule.
