I have 40 plus years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Management. I am currently the Vice President, for Experience Prince George's. And, Senior Advisor, Victus Advisors, a boutique consulting firm serving the Sports, Entertainment & Tourism Industries. Formerly, the Sports Development Manager for Destination DC, where I directed the department in the areas of sales, marketing opportunity analysis, target market selection, promotion mix, and customer relationship management.At the 2007 Ontario Motor Coach Association’s Annual Conference in Ottawa, Ontario, I was presented with the prestigious ‘Mary Morton Service Award’ for providing outstanding service to motor coach and tour operator companies in Ontario, Canada. Also under my leadership, in 2007 the American Bus Association’s members voted Destination DC #1 for service in the Destination Marketing Organization category. In 1997, The Maryland Tourism Council awarded me the "New Professional of the Year.” I was cited for my talents in Meetings and Convention Sales, International and Niche Marketing initiatives, Leadership qualities, and my ability to inspire and involve industry partners in collaborative sales and marketing efforts. I also served as a member of Connect Sports Marketplace Executive Advisory Board. I was the first Chairman of the American Bus Association’s (ABA) Diversity Committee (created in 2000 - 3 year term), & a member of ABA’s Marketplace Advisory Committee for their annual conventions in Baltimore, Maryland, and Kissimmee, Florida (2000 & 2001 respectively).
