I manage all defence contractors at SBL . These include companies such as BAE Systems, Babcock and General Dynamics. I have several key accounts in the corporate world such as T-Systems, Northern Rail and Call Credit.

My role at NTS was one of pure new business. I joined the company knowing that I only had one or two accounts. I won accounts from Christie NHS to Durham CC to Wolsley PLC. Once I had won the accounts it was then my job to account manage them. During my time there I did not lose a customer and spent a lot of time opening the accounts to sell other products.

My key role at TMS was an account manager for the NHS in the north west. I then received a promotion that meant that I then took on East Anglia. I asked for more responsibility the management duly obliged. I was then involved in the new starter training. I wrote the new starter training programme and I also joined in with interview new candidates for Account Management roles.
