Key Areas of improvement identified and incorporated into next planning month, with inputs from key stakeholders: Mobile Workshop, Mine Operations, Drill and Blast and other support services and contractors.•Continuous communication with the Planning Team in Brisbane for planning and design alignment, and model updates and key assumptions.•Provide inputs/guidance to Short-Term Planning and Mine Production Engineers in the daily and weekly space to achieve 13-Weekly targets as well as Budget/Forecasts, and provide monthly/YTD outlook.•Provide support, coaching and mentoring to junior and graduate engineers.
