After my temporary contract the previous two years I was again asked to return for a temporary contract. During my time at Boots I had to deal with many customer queries and problems, this required me to be able to think on my feet in order to come to a solution. My main responsibilities within the store were restocking and tidying the shop floor, serving customers on the tills and handling money both whilst working on the tills and cashing up at the end of the night.

A second two week work placement in the IT department at DFS Furniture. My main roles and responsibilities were fixing computers, dealing with customer queries over the telephone and setting up new computer systems.
