Assist in overseeing and managing all technical and administrative aspects of a new vehicle and/or overhaul procurement programs, and other vehicles as assigned.Duties & Responsibilities-Assist the Sr. Technical Project Manager in managing the development of technical specifications, related commercial terms, and the technical portion of bid evaluations for overhaul and procurement programs.-Assist in the development of work scopes and budgets for technical consultants and subsequent consultant selections and in the coordination of technical project activities in the Operations Directorate.-Provide ongoing oversight and technical direction of a new vehicle and/or overhaul procurement programs.-Manage all professional engineering services which support vehicle programs.-Ensure that all inventory levels, equipment, and facilities under their control are protected in a safe operating condition.-Assist in managing an Authority staff consisting of engineers and administrative personnel.-Assist in the development of long-range planning of vehicle requirements to ensure budgetary goals are met and that all work is perfumed in a timely and cost-effective manner.-Respond, either directly or through others, to emergencies twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week.

- Prepare technical specifications- Participate in design reviews. Inspect major systems/components at vendor or car builder facilities- Review drawings, manuals, and test procedures- Participate in testing of major systems and vehicles- Review systems and vehicle modifications- Assist in coordination and planning of testing- Assist in preparation of responses to technical issues- Conduct failure analysis of systems/components- Complete warranty evaluation and analysis- Prepare written reports

-Imagine and create new mechanical hardware for the Amazon Robotics Mobile Fulfillment System.-Develop relationships with suppliers and fabricators to reduce costs and ease manufacturing.-Write and manage specification and requirement documentation.

-Design tests for new hardware and firmware releases based on functional requirements and specifications for the Kiva Mobile Robotic Fulfillment System.-Design hardware test fixtures and write test scripts.-Develop installation and maintenance documentation.-Maintain test environments including server software upgrades, network infrastructure troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.

-Assist Solutions Designers to develop custom stations and pod for customers-Manage and maintain demonstration system and give demos to customers-Deploy mobile demonstration systems at industry trade shows and other off-site events.-Project manager for installation of a new mezzanine and lift system.

-Maintain all on-site hardware and software robotic systems and system peripherals.-Remotely diagnose hardware and software issues via email or phone.-Issue RMAs and maintain on-site spares and tools. Track parts usage across sites.-Assist hardware engineering in identifying and solving Field and Technical Service Bulletins-Completed and ran a new customer self-maintenance training program

-Assisted in the design of plumbing and fire protection systems for large construction projects ranging from hotels and casinos to sports stadiums.-Created detailed construction diagrams and drawings using AutoCAD.

-Provided on-site desktop support in a multi-operating system environment (Windows, MacOS, Linux).-Provided support for various IT peripherals including printers and smart phones.

-Managed support for proprietary computer and printer systems across 14 statewide locations including on-site server support.-Provided Tier 2 phone support for printer systems.-Managed backup systems, parts, and repairs.
