Manage supervise project sites and coordinate closely with subcontractors to ensure that all workaligns with the established timeline and adheres with the agreed upon plans and regulations, facilitatethe city inspection process to ensure compliance with local requirements, oversee procurementactivities, and manage the financial reporting for the project to maintain budgetary control andtransparency.

Manage a network of 27 service center for various brands (Hyundai, Chery, Mazda, GW HAVAL, and Changan)11 Owned by distributor (GB Ghabbour Auto) in addition to 16 authorized service center

- Provides the direction and leadership required to achieve the targeted SLA for Service complaints handling- Maintains a customer satisfaction program & ensures that CSI meets the Target laid by the company.- Follow up all service centers CSI and search areas for improvement- Design service marketing campaigns guide lines and study its effect- Maintains the employee satisfaction & motivation.- Monitoring and coordinating call center activities with Service centers- Work on new service activities to increase customer retention- Organize after sales events and ceremony’s - Follow up Social media, websites and application (If applicable) as well as following up Customers complaints on Facebook owner’s groups for all GB brands- Work on improving the service centers image with respect to corporate identity

Responsible for innovating, studying and implementing new ideas to increase service revenues beside my major responsibilities for designing and updating the dealer network strategy across Egypt, in line with high quality standards and monitoring and evaluating the performance of all dealers in Egypt.

Responsible for scouting new potential geographical spots to cover all the customer needs and to enlarge GB Auto network, beside monitoring and evaluating the performance of all dealers in greater Cairo and Delta area.
