This was a promotion from the previous position. I was responsible for negotiating sales, marketingappraisals, liaising with solicitors, managing the applicants and targeting marketing. I worked in a team and attended monthly and quarterly meetings to ensure there was a full understanding of the company’s’ goals and objectives. It was essential to manage my diary and day-to- day tasks as I needed to meet deadlines for clients.

I wanted to start a new career path. This role required looking after all student and residential letting properties. This meant I was responsible for booking and carrying out viewings, managing applicant lists and maintaining accurate and relevant details using CRM for 70+ properties.

After completing my college degree I was offered a Trainee Production Engineer. Originally, I applied for an apprenticeship position however they were able to create a full time job within the office for me. I was required to speak to both customers and supplier to ensure orders were placed and completed.

This role was a development from my previous role as I was required to help train staff as well as ensure Idelivered a high quality of service. I was given the responsibility to deal with customer complaints whichdeveloped my customer service skills further.
