Assistant Coach for the regional tournament in Manchester and training period in the build up to this.The region was successful at the tournament reaching the final, the teams only loss - finishing the tournament with a 5-1 record.Key responsibilities included regularly feeding back to the Head Coach, particularly during the early phases where numbers where high and the squad had to be narrowed down.Leading certain skill and tactical based sections of practices, which fell in line with the philosophy the Head Coach wanted to implement and look to develop these areas throughout the process.Assisting during game situations particularly with the different format, insuring we were able to get the best out of the players with the resources available.General overseeing of the well being of the group particularly at the tournament insuring the weekend ran smoothly,
