Current*Serves as an advisor/consultant for contract management within the Cybersecurity Infrastructure Agency (CISA). Provides contract management advice, long range planning, policy development, and guidance. * Awarded a 2023 Quality Step Increase (QSI) for exemplary performance while administering a critical IAA with Department of Energy (DOE), advancing team cohesiveness, and processing PCard activities. *Awarded a Cash performance award for 6 consecutive years for exceeding performance standards. *Reviews, manages, and approves cyber related activities for 6 subdivisions across two critical IT programs totaling more than $650 Million. Analyzed trends, prioritized cost & schedule, and identified mitigating factors, ensuring timely execution and mission success. *Performs and participates in all phases of the contracts management process, including but not limited to contract execution processes, contract burn rate analysis, financial management, vendor payments, and contract close-out actions.*Writing, developing, and implementing policies and procedures related to Cyber Security Division (CSD) contract management activities.*Adept at analyzing data, up-channeling reporting to higher headquarters, and have a working knowledge of cyber security, telecommunications, and IT principals to communicate effectively with the CSD customer base, including relative internal control boards within CISA.*Negotiated policy change with Video network service provider which resulted in better terms for the cyber security division and a monthly savings of 10%.*Forged strong alliances with the agency and subdivisions to determine IT needs, identifying stake holders, and formulated a plan to deploy new services.
