Reporting into the General Manager, responsibilities include:◌ Maintaining strategic relationships with key carrier partners, and ensure performance to agreed KPIs and performance metrics, while also developing new business opportunities. These partners include CouriersPlease, DHL Express, Toll Global Logistics, TNT, & UPS.◌ Ensure regular partner performance reviews and meeting cadence is upheld, including weekly operational engagement, driver training and tool-boxing, QBRs and senior level stakeholder management.◌ Manage and monitor the daily operations at HUBBED, including network maintenance, HUBBED System upkeep and resolving operational issues as they arise.◌ Ensure successful on-boarding and activation of new courier and network partners.◌ Lead the planning and activation of new services within the HUBBED network, and ensure collaboration between the different business units to deliver to a high standard.◌ Responsible for the activation of overseas markets - currently active in New Zealand and Philippines.◌ Responsible to the upkeep and implementation of all operational documents, including training manuals, setup and on-boarding documents, agent knowledge base, and maintaining the platforms that contain all the documentation.◌ Creating and implementing a network communication schedule for new products and services, as well as updates to existing products and training.◌ Assist with the management of the Customer Service Centre through updated training and scripting materials, as well as ensuring SLAs are adhered to.
