Product Manager
CurrentIn this product management role with an integration specialization, I work in partnership with technical, business, finance, and marketing functions to define future product vision, roadmaps, and strategies. An exciting aspect of this role has been leading the alignment of multiple product teams and business stakeholders to co-develop core data objects that will further the organizational vision to enhance machine learning models, analytics, reporting, and targeting capabilities. Additionally, I have driven an assertive product enhancement agenda, rationalizing integration processes and elevating working methods, reducing costs whilst simplifying how our eCommerce partners interact daily. ♦ Achieved feature parity with Google and Facebook, implementing new advertiser targeting options;♦ Detected a loss of USD$20m across the Rokt network, recovering lost revenue of USD$200k in just three months;♦ Instrumental in generating a USD$3m p.a.in revenue, unlocking 100’s of integrations, and securing a new client; ♦ Boosted standardized network data fill rates from 10% to 85%; ♦ Realised USD$5m p.a. in revenue, building integrations into Google Tag Manager, Adobe, Tealium, and Segment;♦ Played a major role in enabling international expansion, enabling the seamless integration of conversion data;♦ Increased email responses from new leads by 5%, ideating and launching a pre-sale revenue calculator tool;♦ Achieved an annual revenue uplift of USD$4m, implementing the first machine learning data classification model.
