Within my role at Creative Alliance, I have a number of responsibilities including curriculum development, deputy safeguarding officer duties and coaching level 3 marketing apprentices through their courses. Within curriculum development, I have worked across a number of courses including Level 3 Digital Marketing, Content Creator, Wigs Hair & Makeup and Marketing Bootcamp courses. Duties involve assessing funding bands, developing schemes of work and delivery resources. As a Development Coach, I am primarily responsible for coaching and assessing Digital Marketing Apprentices through their courses. This includes writing assessment plans, liaising with employers and ensuring each learner successfully completes their course to a high standard. I have worked for a number of freelance clients including companies within the retail and beauty sectors, providing social media and branding support across e-commerce and social media platforms.
