The book was a compilation of reviews of all worldwide national health systems from 1889 under the German Kaiser to the 2009 and the passing of the Affordable Care Act in the United States. I focused on the 1997 Balanced Budget Act that created the Medicare plus Choice plans that where later re-named Medicare Advantage Plans. As a result of the publication, I am considered an authoritative source concerning Medicare Supplements and Medicare Advantage plans and authored the book, Medicare Entitlements Exposed: How the Medicare Savings Account Will Change Healthcare Delivery in America, published in 2013. In addition, I took the theoretical concepts in the statues that were discussed in the book, specifically the 1997 Balance Budget Act and pioneered the development of the only consumer directed Medicare Advantage plan in the state of New York called a Medicare Advantage Medical Savings Account. I created MedicareHelpCenter.Org as a web based portal that provides detailed information on Medicare programs and senior care products.
