It Service Delivery
Current- Installing and configuring new IT systems to be used by the company, such as hardware, operative systems, and programs or applications.
- Ensure that all IT systems within the locations are operating within normal service levels.
- Provide assistance to on-site staff with technology-related issues (understanding the issue and its cause, solving the problem; and explaining the problem to the staff member).
- Troubleshooting systems and applications: running diagnostics, finding solutions for any issue, and implementing it.
- Manage and run as point of contact to third party vendors, to ensure that they are delivering services as per agreed contracts.
- Work on special projects to deliver enhancements to the Dura-Line IT infrastructure.
