● Migrating existing reports from Excel to Qlik ● Creating and developing PowerBi reports● Creating and developing dashboard in Qlik Sense● Optimizing Data Quality checks to reduce time spent● Working with Service Account Managers and Managers to set dashboard and report specifications to improve or create new reports and dashboards that effectively meet business needs, to streamline decision making and enhance data driven decisions.● Following validation, cleansing and manipulation of source data, I am required to produce visually descriptive reports offering insights to senior management and helping to inform decision making across the function.● I operate in an autonomous manner, focusing on areas where the data shows maximum opportunity for improvement or efficiency.● Ensuring that the Service Desk meets the telephony SLA’s that are set.● Creating training documentation for new members of staff.● Monitoring staff performance to provide additional training where required.● Adding new and updating processes in the knowledge portal.● Providing second line support for customers● 3rd Party liaison and management to ensure that issues are resolved as soon as possible.● Maximising the efficiency of Service Desk process using continuous improvement techniques through feedback gathering, process data analysis and training pack development● Utilising PowerBI and Excel for detailed analysis and insight creation for Executive Managers and customer facing roles.● Onsite First Aid as needed
