FINANCE & BUSINESS PERFORMANCE ANALYST (October 2014 - May 2015)• Responsible for the 2015 budget process, which included developing a financial model, implementing a process to gather business intelligence and designing a budget reporting package for the CEO, Senior Management Team and the Board of Directors. • Designed an Executive Dashboard for the CEO, Board of Directors and Advisory Council, that focused on key financial metrics, sales pipeline, tracking product development milestones and talent management statistics. Implemented a process to aggregate and analyze the data, and present to the CEO on a weekly basis.FINANCIAL ANALYST (June 2012 - September 2014)Member of the Apollo Global Management Co-Sourcing Program.• Led the budgeting and allocation process for Apollo's middle office, representing $14 million in spend and supporting $115 billion in AUM. This process included developing an allocation model and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure proper allocation between fund and Management Company. Reduced the process from 5 business days to 1 business day.• Designed and executed the budgeting and reporting process for the Management Company's non-compensation expenses and infrastructure departments, representing $270 million in spend across 16 departments. Implemented monthly reviews with “accountable executives” and department heads, which provided transparency into expenses. • Member of the Internal Allocation Working Group, which reviewed, validated and documented each expense deemed allocable to the funds. This working group supported the Expense Allocation Committee comprised of Apollo’s senior management.

• Designed and implemented the monthly financial review process for the North American business, with revenues of $2 billion annually. The financial review process included creating standardized reporting templates, establishing reporting deadlines, coordinating with the shared service center and presenting the analysis to management.• Collaborated with the Real Estate department on all real estate accounting matters. Coordinated with the Real Estate department to identify the proper accounting for move out from various facilities. Conducted technical accounting research on proposed leases.• Developed a financial model used to value customer relationships acquired in business acquisitions; resulted in template being used worldwide throughout the organization.

• Performed analysis on target companies' P&L and balance sheet. Analyzed the targets' customer concentration, profit margin, working capital and the aging of receivables and payables. • Conducted quality of earnings analysis to identify non-recurring transactions, normalized earnings and potential purchase price adjustments.

• Managed a seven person staff while reporting to multiple managers; assignments included developing an audit plan, reviewing staffs’ work papers, delegating assignments based on priorities and availability, and communicating status to managers.• Coordinated with and supervised multiple inter-firm functions (i.e. Tax, Actuarial, & Capital Markets Departments) and international colleagues as part of the annual audit.
