Part of Executive Management team responsible for all information technology activities and strategic planning for all companies within U.S. Risk Insurance group, including international operations. In addition, manage Marketing, Compliance, and Corporate Operations for the group. Provide vision and leadership in the design, implementation and integration of technology and information systems to grow and support business operations, achieve strategic goals, provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues, and manage key partner relationships.

Led deployment of enterprise wide workforce management applications. Managed the design of customer data integration and operational reporting utilizing OBIEE and other database management technologies. Responsible for strategic planning and business case development for customer service centers.

Responsible for procedural and operational support, in addition to business intelligence across the Consumer FiOS Technical Support centers. The 12 centers are spread across North America, with approximately 3,000 agents handling 1.4 - 1.5 Million calls a month

Led a multi-organizations team in activities and initiatives to reduce costs associated with FiOS Service. Responsible for analysis and identification of opportunities to improve FiOS Installation efficiency and overall dispatch rate. Responsible for Network Core Provisioning and Maintenance Technical Support for the Fiber Solution Centers, while maintaining the deployment and support schedule for opening new centers .

Responsible for key strategic initiatives associated with the deployment, monitoring, and support of the Verizon FiOS service. Part of pilot team to deliver Verizon’s new FiOS Service to the first customer in the United States.
