Concluiu Engenharia Civil na UFRN, mestrado em administração também na UFRN e MBA em gestão empresarial na FGV.Juntamente com seus pais e irmãos, dirige a empresa Praiamar Hotéis, maior do segmento no RN em número de apartamentos, com 3 hotéis próprios em Natal e mais de 400 colaboradores.Atuou em várias instituições do turismo potiguar, como Coordenador da Câmara Empresarial do Turismo da FECOMERCIO-RN, Presidente do Natal Convention & Visitors Bureau e Presidente interino da ABIH-RN.Internacionalmente, representou os hotéis do Brasil nos comitês da América Latina e do Caribe e também do Comitê Global de Distribuição da IHG Owners Association.
