As a member of the Global Occupancy Service (GOS) division at CW, I led the Commercial Solutions Group on a global scale. I collaborated with various Real Estate Service Lines, Business Development Teams, and Strategic Sourcing to produce custom integrated and competitive enterprise solutions that met our clients' corporate real estate needs. The GOS platform offered a comprehensive suite of services, including Portfolio Management, Transactions Management, Project Management, and Facility Management, both domestically and internationally. As the head of Commercials, I was responsible for underwriting new business opportunities and presenting them to the C-Suite for final board approval based on their commercial viability. Additional I produce the enterprise new business monthly forecast projections in conjunction with the FP&A and Regional Accounting teams.

At Lend Lease I ran the Strategic Services team for the Multi-Site Group which provides program management services for large scale corporate retail portfolios. It was my responsibility to develop strategies around the processes and procedures necessary to deliver a successful program across the US focused around major property renovations, store re-branding and / or minor capital improvement projects. A typical program involved a portfolio of 100 to 1000 project sites to be completed in less than a year time-frame. My focus was around Pursuit Pricing, Strategy Planning, Design, Permitting & Zoning, Cost Estimating, Vendor Procurement, and Site Logistics for the overall program. In addition I was part of the executive leadership team that guided the Multi-Site Group's overall business direction and market focus.

At Charter One I was responsible for the portfolio management of a number of Commercial Real Estate Loans totaling over $40 million in assets. I assisted developers and investors in debt financing for CRE loans ranging from $1 to $5 million. Part of my responsibilities were to produce and review the underwriting of new and existing commercial property loans. Additionally I performed various financial analysis and executive reporting for the entire Charter One Midwest CRE portfolio totaling over $1 billion in loan financing.

At GGP my responsibilities included the planning and design management as it related to the developer side of a project. I directed the procurement, coordination and budgeting of all design and engineering consultants. On an international scope, I fostered collaboration between all internal and external team members. Project budgets ranged from $100 to $250 million in size.

As a leader for the technical implementations of projects, I was responsible for the overall coordination and technical aspects of the design and construction documentation. Assuming the lead of the day-to-day needs for the production team I assisted in the development of design concepts, led teams in the technical drawings and product specifications, as well as coordinated the work of all disciplines for projects internationally.

Within the TT Group (LZA Technologies Division) my main responsibilities were to conduct building investigations and write due diligence reports for existing buildings. Upon completion of my findings I carried out the documentation needed to resolve any and all repairs identified.
