Working with start up and mid market companies: growth strategies, survival tactics.I was a partner in the firm from 1988 to 1991.

Cellular service provider to consumers, businesses and governments, and wholesale distributor of wireless communications services and consumer electronics. Core business was comprised of a 95,000 subscriber cellular company. Ancillary divisions included a mid sized regional wholesale distribution company of mobile electronics and cellular equipment, a small chain of retail stores, and for a time, a home and business security company (division sold off).

Responsible for HR, MIS/IT, Real Estate during turn around of this $750 million retail consumer electronics chain.

Responsible for sales and store operations of the 335 store Western Division. Was VP Merchandising at BizMart, 1991-1994, acquired by OfficeMax.
