George Fox is an Executive Vice President of Occupier Services for CBRE's Palo Alto office. Prior to joining CBRE, he was Executive Vice President and Branch Manager of Studley’s Silicon Valley office. George and his partners manage select corporate accounts and serve Bay Area clients throughout the US, Europe and Asia. He joined Studley in 2003 with more than 13 years of tenant advisory and corporate real estate experience, including six years as the director of tenant representation of Trammell Crow Co.’s Bay Area operations.Over his 20 year career, George has completed more than 15 million square feet of transactions for a wide range of professional service and technology company clients, such as Latham & Watkins, Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, Hoge Fenton Jones & Appel, Hildebrandt International, LSI Corporation, Align Technology, Zoran Corporation, Liberate Technologies, and Intertrust Technologies.A multiple “Broker of the Year” award winner, George leverages his strategic management, analytic and negotiation skills to create competitive environments that maximize marketplace opportunities for his clients.
