Early in my career, I led teams at an advertising agency, working with high-profile clients like Chevron, Chanel, Xerox, and Ikea. Later, as Managing Partner, I inspired high-performance teams to deliver results in a dynamic, ever-changing media landscape that demanded agility and innovation. I was responsible for $1.2 billion in billings and managed a team of 70 people. I then founded Honest Insights, a consultancy focused on management and sales training, executive and sales coaching, and consulting. Today, as a Vistage Chair, I coach and guide leaders through complex challenges, helping them gain clarity and make courageous decisions. My coaching, consulting, and training practices are deeply rooted in real-world corporate experience, cutting-edge research, and academia. As a graduate of the Columbia University Coaching Certification program, I believe in delivering feedback that combines care with candid directness when necessary.
