Area : ClO2 Plant, Chlor-Alkali Plant, Oxygen Plant, H2 Plant and H2O2 Plant- Carry out preventive maintenance for static and rotating equipment- Check and take corrective action for all malfunctions that occur in pumps, compressors and fans such as leaks in packing/mechanical seals, misalignment of shafts, slippage on drive belts, worn bearings, and the need for lubrication- Corrective action on static equipment such as replacing cartridges on filters, replacing gaskets on plate heat exchangers, acid wash cell electrolyzers, tightening and replacing gaskets on manual valves, control valves, and flange to flange on pipes, both metal and non-metal- Observe and analyze each job to improve equipment quality/readiness and avoid repetitive work- Responsible for creating and implementing shutdown preparations containing all work assigned and adjusted to the number of manpower, duration and materials required- Call and close MO (maintenance order) on the SAP system

Joined as Chemical Plant Commissioning Team for FL3B Project in APRIL as Mechanical PIC in Chlorine Dioxide Plant, Chlor-Alkali Plant, Cooling Tower and Oxygen Plant.- Contributing to checking out mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressor, and fan- Checking out also for piping lines based on isometric drawings and 3D drawings to make sure they're the same as the ones installed on the field.
