Current• Responsible for all club operations including membership sales, front desk operations, facilities maintenance and membership retention for a 65,000 square foot facility.• Managed a staff of 50 people ranging from the sales department, club operations department and front desk operations department.• Hired and trained all fitness sales consultants to meet and exceed company sales quotas.• Responsible for maintaining and adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of the LA Fitness product.Accomplishments:• Grew membership base from 2000 members to 5000 members within one year respectively.• The Dallas location has consistently finished in the top 20% of all of the LA Fitness clubs in the state of Texas under my management.• I have personally won several individual awards for performance by meeting and exceeding company sales quotas.• “Avid Living” magazine rated LA Fitness the best overall health club in the DFW metroplex for 2007.
