Current- Responsible for all club operations including membership sales, front desk operations, facilities maintenance and membership retention for a 65,000 square foot facility.
- Managed a staff of 50 people ranging from the sales department, club operations department and front desk operations department.
- Hired and trained all fitness sales consultants to meet and exceed company sales quotas.
- Responsible for maintaining and adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of the LA Fitness product.Accomplishments:
- Grew membership base from 2000 members to 5000 members within one year respectively.
- The Dallas location has consistently finished in the top 20% of all of the LA Fitness clubs in the state of Texas under my management.
