Technical Advisor to the Vice President of the Advanced Technology Center - the R&D organization for Lockheed Martin Space

Design lead for various thermal, electrical, and structural subsystems and components for satellites, rockets, and classified assets. My stretch assignment during this time period was to develop strategy, define road maps, pioneer new design processes, and establish standard operating procedures for enterprise-wide digital transformation.

Responsible for the full life cycle from concept development to delivery & initial operations of RF test equipment and micro cryogenic coolers. I interfaced directly with the customer for all technical and programmatic matters, and maintained positive relationships as evidenced by their return business. Stretch assignment during this time period addressed employee morale improvement.
