While at Five Mile, build (from the ground up) and refined private equity and real estate platforms and infrastructure for over $10+Billion in fundings: commercial real estate ($6 billion), fixed rate commercial loan originations ($4 billion) and residential real estate ($600 million) investments. After the financial crisis, created a highly rated special servicer business, serviced over $2 Billion in CRE large loan restructuring. Previously, at Greenwich Capital Markets, I was responsible for contract finance function and instituted best practices for managing $3 Billion in warehouse lines for securitization.
