The Technical Support /Developer Role Description is to respond to client requests mainly over the phone and carry out the following tasks: Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, training, and providing technical support and assistance as needed. The employee will be trained on all the company’s systems from a technical and business application perspective. The employee will be responsible for logging all clients’ requests and follow up on them until they are completed. Field visits are part of the job and the candidate must possess excellent communication skills to relay technical and business information to clients.
