Senior Project Manager at Accenture in the Technology Growth Platform. Main responsibilities included Project Management, Program Office and Architecture Design services at Banque Saudi Fransi in Saudi Arabia, supporting the Basel II/IRB Program implementation and the CRM projects of the Bank.

Sector of Direct Banking Applications, IT Unit.Primary position was IT Manager of Direct Banking Applications Sector. Responsibilities were focused on the evolution of direct channels of the Bank, annual planning, budgeting, project directing and master planning. Participation to the committee of defining the global IT Strategy of the Bank.Main responsibility of the Sector was the development and support of direct banking services, the electronic banking as well as the Bank’s corporate site. Four e-banking services were released, based on the channels: “Emporiki e.Banking” service was available to the web, “Emporiki m.Banking” application was provided to mobile users, “Emporiki Phone” service was available through the IVR, and “Emporiki Alerts” service was providing customer alerts by email or SMS.Second responsibility was the development of a CRM operational system, named ‘Sales Portal’. ‘Sales Portal’ supported all functions of the sales processes in the branches. It was available to the sales officers of the Bank, providing a complete set of sales tools: event based campaign promotion, targeted contact opportunities, event treatment, contact results recording, online customer search, customer synthesis, product catalogue, targeted product promotion and assistance to the sales officers before-during-after meeting.2013-2014, Acquisition of Emporiki Bank by Alpha Bank:Because of the acquisition of Emporiki Bank by Alpha Bank (June 2013), Sector was involved in the tasks of the merging process. Highly demanding migration planning took place, concerning all the phases of acquisition, identity changes, legal merging, marketing issues, operational merging and all migration projects were completed successfully according to the business schedule.

Department of Electronic Banking, IT Unit.Main responsibility of the Department was the development of electronic banking applications. The most common banking functions (ie customer position, product information, transaction execution, money transfer, bill payments, notifications etc) are provided directly to the customers through modern user interfaces. Four main bundles were developed and released based on the channels (web, mobile, phone & alerting), as described in the previous paragraph.A multichannel, multilingual architecture was developed, in order to handle complexity between channels, user profiles and services.Development expertise was focused mainly on IBM’s technologies. The development environment was based on Rational Application Developer, z/OS CICS and Transaction Gateway API, and the runtime environment was supported by WebSphere products and CICS TP monitor.

Department of Online Systems, IT Unit.Main responsibility of the Department was the technical support of z/OS CICS online system. CICS architecture design and system programming was part of our responsibilities, including consulting services to developers.Second responsibility was the system support of SIGLO Banking System. SIGLO is a banking environment developed initially by Accenture and currently supported by the Bank’s IT personnel. It covers all core banking processes and transactions and it is based on a classical 3-tier client-server architecture.Third responsibility was the technical support of Open Systems, systems software and middleware. These include, IBM pSeries AIX systems and WebSphere family of products: Http Server, Network Dispatcher, Application Server, DB2 Database and CICS Transaction Gateway.

Department of Databases, IT Technical Support Division.Main responsibility of the Department was consulting services and technical support on Database Systems, mainly ORACLE and Ingres. These include, pre-sales, after-sales support to customers, proposal preparation, customer training on database administration and consulting services on database development, including 4GL development tools, ie ORACLE Developer, OpenRoad 4GL etc.Department was involved on many large-scale IT projects, ie TAXIS, CORDIS, PROFITS, NOMOS, TEE etc.
