I had the opportunity to work with both Workforce & Compensationteams. My technical skills were used by Compensation to automate formsand processes they used throughout the year. The rest of my workcentered on delivering on‐time reporting to the HR organization. One facetof that effort was presenting that data in a relevant and usable way in acentral location and via email, including Tableau Dashboards. The otherfacet was streamlining and automating report run time and delivery.

Using my experience with Microstrategy BI I was tasked with building “outof box” and custom reporting solutions for the Marketing and CRM teams tooffset and replace Omniture (Adobe) analytics reports using standard webanalytics KPI's with the flexibility to create custom KPI’s. I also developed acampaign URL builder which streamlined the creation, tracking andreporting of campaigns.

I was tasked with being the liaison translating technical specificationsbetween the business and our developer teams. Additionally I became theMicrostrategy BI SME for our Integrated Marketing team and streamlinedand automated nearly all existing reporting within 6 months of hire.Utilizing MS VBA I built a retail forecasting tool which was integrated intoour reporting. I also utilized Xcelcius to create a dynamic dashboard capableof displaying our sales trends by retailer and line of business/franchise.

I designed databases with one touch automation. As well as designed, ranand delivered periodic reports covering audits, analysis, budgeting andvisualization as well as trending and extensive analysis and data audits.
