CurrentAs the Managing Principal of Construction at Clean Scapes, I oversee all aspects of our commercial landscape, irrigation, and hardscape installation services—from estimation and sales, to project implementation and high-level on-site project management. Over the years, my work has increasingly extended beyond construction management into the kind of high-level decision-making that impacts Clean Scapes at large, ensuring our continued growth and excellence.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:• Estimation & Job Costing: Developed an industry-leading estimation system, making our estimates the standard by which our competitors are measured.• Operational Excellence: Created SOPs, an extensive job costing system to provide real time data on project performance relative to budget, KPI-based bonus programs, and systems for converting construction projects into long-term maintenance accounts.• Forecasting & Planning: Designed sophisticated methods for revenue and profitability forecasting, enabling strategic hiring and capital expenditure planning.• Team Leadership: Focused on team development, real-time training initiatives, and nurturing a high-performing culture.• Strategic Growth & Branding: Led Clean Scapes' expansion into new markets and service areas by fostering strategic partnerships, identifying emerging opportunities, and diversifying our scope of work, while strengthening the company's reputation as an industry leader.• Marketing Oversight: Guided branding and marketing strategies, solidifying Clean Scapes’ reputation for quality and reliability.Numerous awards and accolades for outstanding project performance and quality across Texas further highlight my industry leadership.
