CurrentIn my current role, I spearhead the design, planning, and administration of corporate employee benefits programs, analyzing costs, options, and best solutions for employees and company. A large focus of mine has been driving communications, employee timelines, strategic planning efforts, quality, and customer service standards. I am responsible for electing and negotiating client renewal options and lead annual benefits open enrollment process. I expertly navigate relationships with key clients, offer strategic recommendations, and implement budget-conscious employee benefit solutions, wellness solutions, and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with health care reform acts. In addition, I orchestrate process improvements, prepare analysis, and present recommendations to upper management.Some of my key contributions include:• Strategic renewal negotiations were conducted with insurance carriers saving clients an average of 7% of their renewal costs.• I enhanced communications and efficiencies with thorough analysis of process workflows, employee workloads, and accessible tools for staff and implementation of strategic changes.• Negotiations with carriers and vendors were facilitated and approval for all contracts were finalized on behalf of company.
