* Operations management for key field projects* Workshop Operations Management* Ensure equipment produced for clients are technically fit and exceeding expectations on quality and cost savings.* Ensure services rendered to clients are on time, in full, and no errors.* Development and execution of sourcing strategies that provides the company advantages on product quality, as well as making sure that purchase risks are reduced, and helping the company leverage China's various export related incentives.* Feasibility, costing, and financial analysis on major investment initiatives by the company

* Involved in the market research, analysis, and development of the European LED lighting market for GYLED.* Had a hand in team member selections, and contributed to inputs with regards to operations management, including the implementation of CRM, ERP, and the use of B2B portals s support systems in the company's bid to be competitive in the growing LED lighting industry.* Also got involved in cost reduction and “uptime” initiatives, such as the use of open-source software in the operating systems and productivity applications used by the sales personnel.
