• Serve in several advisory school committees, including the School Leadership Team, Instructional Leadership Team, BRT Safety Team, Culture Committee, Sustainability Committee, Attendance Team, Principal Cabinet Meetings• Monitor, analyze, and audit the daily attendance of ~160 students. Drive positive attendance changes by conducting daily family outreach, proactive home visits, and creating whole-school attendance initiatives • Create, coordinate, and facilitate weekly attendance meetings with the school leadership team to foster communication and increase student access to support.• Collect, analyze, and use data to inform decision-making and program implementation of City Year support in academic interventions. • Facilitate collaborative planning meetings to identify data trends from community-based organizations at P.S. 325 to drive service changes to reflect equity challenges. Develop in response a resource database highlighting community-based services.• Organize a Community School Forum for over 100 caregivers to connect to institutional and community resources. Initiate a Resources Room for the school (food pantry, clothing, hygiene products, laundry services etc.) in collaboration with the school administration• Oversee and designate a $130,000 budget for services & resources directly impacting the school community. Procured a communication platform, Remind, to amplify family outreach.• Translate and create materials for Spanish-Speaking families during school events and meetings. Design event flyers on Canva and manage P.S.325’s Remind account • Organize monthly large family engagement events in collaboration with the parent coordinator.• Researching and identifying subcontractors and vendors to enhance the student experience and staff learning.• Researching and identifying community resources and assisting family access to the identified community resources.
