As a Manager with Axonius, I continue to advance my career and abilities. My passion is for providing solutions to the problems the customer faces, troubleshooting them, getting to the bottom of the use case, and bringing them to resolution. I have spent most of my career as a Solutions Architect and a leader of people through management roles and as a strong individual contributor. I am adaptable and I have serviced accounts from enterprise to end user, directly selling over $75M USD worth of expert solutions, with multiple $1M contract sales.When performing technical engineering work I am very close to the customer. With these relationships and direct visibility into customer issues, I am able to offer suggestions for improvements and help the SRE team understand what it is the customer is trying to accomplish. When I am working in information security and performing work such as network architecture, data analysis, python, all while teaching my team, I don't feel like I am working at all. I am an avid learner and I always have something new and fresh to talk about, chat me up!I am always looking for collaborative results and I have spent my career working with people to create impact and value. I want to share the knowledge I have with everyone I meet, and to gain all the knowledge I can from them. I am a constant studier and when I see a problem I don't know the answer to, I know how to research and use relationships I have built with other teams to get the answers the customer needs. I don't mind delivering bad news, if the bad news is the truth. I like transparency and honesty and I believe the customer is best served when you work from the heart, and keep them completely in the loop.I have spent most of my career as an SME for topics such as Continuity of Operations, Linux, Apache Web Server, 4 Software Platforms, VOIP Systems, and Ham Radio.
