Management of compliance driven member communications and IT upgrades. This includes key stakeholders across 20 product types and more than 1.5 million customer statements.Business and IT project management, IT delivery including design, test, release and post implementation verification (PIV).Responsibility for concurrent projects including budget planning, project plans, scheduling and work breakdown structure ensuring all agreed requirements were tracked and challenged throughout the lifecycle of the project. Ensure all suppliers (including external vendors) delivered to agreed budget, to pre-defined time scales and quality standards.Perform post-implementation project reviews to determine achievement of objectives.Achievements· Successful deliveries within time, quality and budget with improvements shown· Formulation of business self-testing plans to meet quarterly compliance requirements for CBA Risk· Delivery of Enforceable Undertaking restitution which included:· Data across 12 active/closed systems and involved over 200 products· Over 800,000 mail packs issued with restitution payments totalling over $100 million paid to investors· Project coordinated over 24 months and lodged within the compliance deadlines, and within reporting requirements (as agreed with ASIC and the Steering Board)· Successfully managed the SATOP Team during Executive Manager secondment to other business priorities for 12 months, while also delivering on current role requirements
