- Responsible for pre-tenancy works, property inspections, reports for the landlord and tenants.- Facilitating property visits twice a year on each property and action findings accordingly.- Co-ordinating and overseeing any refurbishment projects where applicable.- Sending agreed dilapidations to tenant and carrying out negotiations between both landlord & tenant.- Lead on client meetings to discuss portfolio issues etc.
