Major projects handled:- DSL service delivery- Arabic Portal for Agrifood solutionEssence of Role/Key Accountabilities- Create/prepare and present business case with relevant and profitable business model solutions.- Develop business plan, focusing on the implementation aspects.- Build & own technical requirements for each underhand project.- Follow up on the implementation of the technical requirements, and make sure the correct and timely delivery of the requirements is met.- Build/own and hold full responsibility on the customer's experience, delighting our customers with problem free solutions.- Works with different Vodafone functions to optimize the launch process with a view to maximizing efficiency and meeting business plan targets.- Ensures delivery of all financial targets of the new service/venture including revenue, setup costs and operating expenses. Supervising technical survey team to design and survey the required (BTS) site enhancements & expansions.- Review work progress weekly with team and manager- Involve in performance evaluation for team members- Involve in recruiting new team members- Direct and mentor team members- Raise team concerns to site management manager- Allocating work to team members2. Lead Tech. Survey team for developing and performing Microwave Transmission surveys- Support team members in line of sight surveys requested by TX team- Interface with technical team to solve TX problems- Performing LOS for link Restoration- Coordinating with TX team to reduce risk on network active sites by offloading the sites - Recommend link replacements and cancellations3. Survey site expansions, enhancement, 1800 MHz dual band sites and COW deployment (Cell On Wheals)- Survey and design the requested enhancement by radio department- Support radio trials by performing surveys including design- Work in cross function projects- Supervise the team to deploy the requested COW for major events or temporary site replacement4. Lead the team to audit the network active sites according to NTRA audit plan and radiation measurement.- Set plan for sites to be audited as per their activation date & importance of requirement and implement it.- Allocate work to the team members- Comply sites with Egyptian protocol according to the set target- Support team members 5. Financial responsibility, up to 20,000 L.E- Advise Guarding payment, - Recommendation for COW (Cell On Wheals) payment- Provide weekly progress sheet
