• Building the monthly S&OP plan.• Leading fulfillment op mechs, on-time delivery & accountable for systemically driving overall continuous improvement in all fulfillment processes for the zone• Providing all Stakeholders with real time information on all fulfillment issues and support them in the mitigation plans.• Driving improved forecast accuracy and inventory turns• Supporting strategic imperatives (Growth, Simplification & Quality) and initiatives to ensure the fulfillment of business requirements and to optimize business performance.• Conduct and participate in performance & KPI reviews to understand areas for improvement, strong performance, and to stay aligned to continuous improvement Efforts Company wide.
