Rafaj Group is a leading marketing firm that handles the marketing and packaging for many companies, most notably Hanes Brands, Inc. which aquired Maidenform during my tenure. After the acquisition I remained at Maidenform to facilitate the transition of all marketing responsibilities and assets to Rafaj. Upon completion of the transfer I was recruited to join the Rafaj Group to: • Maintain lead on packaging production • Collaborate with designers over brand guidelines and asset use • Manage and update asset archives both internally and with Hanes employees • Assist with production of other Hanes brands and clients as needed

Keenpac is a retail and product packaging specialists, a division of Bunzl Retail & Healthcare Supplies Ltd., it has a $1 million to $2.5 million yearly revenue. Clients include Macy’s, Kate Spade, MGM, Disney, Levi’s Jeans, Armani, and Hilton Hotels. • Responsible for all creative and production responsibilities between a NY and NJ office • Creating novel, effective marketing concepts using the latest technologies • Designing and producing marketing and branding materials for the US sales staff • Designing, executing and approving prepress files for final print production

DF&G, a division of Della Femina - Rothschild - Jeary and Partners, NY, is a leading, full-service advertising agency that creates lasting brands nationwide. Clients included Benjamin Moore Paints, Toshiba, DeLonghi, Hunter Douglas, ShopRite, Valley National Bank, Atlantic Health, and CentraState Medical Center.• Implemented workflow that established status for overlapping projects including photography, retouching, copy, legal requirements, foreign language translations, and prepress production• Used proven methods to establish production protocols for creative, copy, and production personnel to facilitate workflow between teams and across projects• Produced advertising for national and local magazines and newspapers, direct mail, and large format, including bus wraps, transit, and trade displays• Developed creative concepts and directed art production for all advertising, marketing, Web, and branding materials• Managed all prepress and print production, photography, and outsourced work• Solicited and negotiated with printers, photographers, and vendors• Supervised photo shoots and printing on press• Supervised production department staff, interns, and freelancers
