As a private contractor, I work with a large dating site's mobile team handing feature implementations, issues and improving scalability of their mobile web product as well as their desktop products. I have introduced new technologies and solutions to solve architectural and pressing problems encountered by the client. I also worked with various of the client's internal teams to diagnose and resolve issues encountered in production as well as implement new features and products on their family of web properties. My work mostly involved implementing react.js components on top of an existing ASP.NET/MVC/WebAPI backend as the site was converted from a webform based application.

I joined Move.com (formally known as Homestore.com) in June of 2001 as a Manager of Software Engineering to help establish and manage engineering best practices within the REALTOR.COM development team. My role expanded to encapsulate all interactions and development activities within Engineering of the MOVE.COM family of products. My role as the Director of the Enterprise Architecture allowed me to focus on the needs of the core business and the streamlining of the corporate business processes as well performing research and development of new technologies and methodologies. I was directly responsible for Architects and Engineers including budget forecasting and department growth. My Staff consisted of C#/C++/Java Application Engineers, MS SQL & Oracle DBA’s, and Network & Storage Engineers. I was directly responsible for aligning IT efforts to meet the business needs as expressed by management.

Joined eBuilt as an Engagement Manager working from the North Hollywood Office. After managing several large contracts, my role expanded to an Engineering Manager directly responsible for all the engineering staff within the local office. My final role was the General manager for the North Hollywood Office.

Responsible for company's main product: CORPTax which became the market leader in the industry during my tenure. 50% of the top 200 companies in the FORTUNE 500 (7 of the top ten companies) were using this product in their tax department. CORPTAX® software is currently one of the leading corporate tax software systems for domestic and international tax compliance, tax planning and reporting.

At hewlett packard I headed the development of the Visual Diagnostic Editor, a product that enabled automobile manufactures to visually author automobile diagnostic scripts for use in the service bay at local automotive dealers. This involved a team of 7 developers. I performed training and mentoring staff with the use of Microsoft Foundation Classes. I also implemented the "fusion" object-oriented methodology as well as all QA initiatives. I was also trained as a moderator for implementing proper code reviews. HP helped me form the basis of my management approach including honesty, ethics, and anti–egoism.

I was a Sr. Developer and architect of the company’s Corporate Tax Software package. I helped the company in achieving market dominance by implementing innovative productivity enhancements and raising the standard in tax software. I reported directly to President in management and product decisions.

I managed and coded the conversion of all company Macintosh products to the Windows platform while reporting directly to the VP of Engineering. During that time I ported the company's graphics rendering engine (Macintosh based) to the Intel platform on Windows. I also designed and implemented the company's graphic editor, and POS Visualization products on the windows platform. The company's product was included as part of the movie ‘Single White Female’
