I bring candidates through our entire hiring process, and strive to give a world class experience, while keeping organized and compliant. I lead and coach less experienced recruiters and provide insight to help build a culture of excellence.

Selected to be part of the first group of Job Architecture Partners at LinkedIn, my role involved working with all areas of the company, from HR to senior business leaders, to build a talent architecture that is reflective of LinkedIn's skills-based strategy. I leveraged subject matter expertise and a deep passion for people to conduct job analysis, interviews, and focus groups, with the goal of creating an enriching and inspiring career experience for everyone at LinkedIn.

As a full cycle Recruiter for Gartner, much of my work involved Digital Markets. I recruited and sourced on roles in a variety of fields and markets with tools like Linkedin Recruiter. I managed sales, marketing, and executive level reqs in locations such as Austin, New York, Virginia, and Barcelona. I recruited for the eastern territory of the Fleet Management division at Ryder - everything to do with Ryder locations across the U.S. I sourced for exempt sales, operations, management, and new grad positions located in multiple states. I filled a variety of positions from Florida to Maine while working independently on a distributed team.

Positions held: Recruiter, Sr. Recruiter. I managed the full cycle recruitment process for Consumer Cellular’s contact centers in Arizona. My responsibilities included drafting job postings, sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, background screening and onboarding.

I sourced and interviewed candidates for IT roles. Candidates I placed include software engineers and developers. I engaged active and passive candidates online and over the phone using boolean and other sourcing tools daily.
