As Business Unit Manager for SmartRoad, I am responsible for overseeing the market growth and the performance of SmartRoad business, particularly in the mining sector, by working with other business units to ensure that customers are meeting their efficiency targets, goals and objectives.

My role involves a continuous business improvement approach to support mining role players to identify opportunities to improve in areas of productivity, energy efficiency, and greenhouse gas reduction. We develop ongoing support that involves a detailed understanding of organizational strategy, objectives, and goals by applying structural data analytics methodologies and reporting tools such as baseline reporting and key performance metrics.Roles and Responsibilities: • Business development to expand the business size and drive the company to become a dominant player in the mining services industry specifically in Productivity and energy efficiency management.• Developing Practical Energy and GHG current state with clear initiatives for improvement.• Oversee the implementation of initiatives in line with customers' strategy.• Monitor and manages the energy efficiency for the customers via reporting.• Extend the relationship with the customer’s top management and decision-maker. Taking the role as a business partner to help to achieve a business' objectives, providing solutions, improve productivity, utilization, and cost-efficiency.• Manage business deal by setting up contract agreement, engaged with cross-function roles include legal, production, supply chain, technical service, and finance to ensure business objectives are delivered accordingly.
