Over a 50-year career as an entrepreneur, corporate attorney and venture capitalist, George has brought innovation and leadership to numerous national and international ventures. He has been a board and committee member in over 20 public and private companies and institutions. At present he is Founder and Chairman of Stellar3 LLC, a green energy waste transformation company (www.stellar3.energy) and of Media Fusion International, a global media alliance.George has participated in the development of more than 30 companies in numerous fields. He is the founder and CEO of Beechtree Capital LLC. with more than 120 equity transactions over more than 30 years with a high success rate. George has enjoyed many investment successes. His primary successes were (i) founder and initial funder of Bowen Smith Corp, the predecessor to American Tower Corp, which went from $8.7 million when George's group made their investment to the current NYSE valuation of $80 Billion+, (ii) serving as officer and early investor in the pioneering cable TV firm UA Columbia Cablevision that scaled into the cable divisions of AT&T Cable and Rogers Cable as well as cable media that became the USA Network, and (iii) the initial investor in XOS Digital which brought digital technology to athletic coaching and the development of Football Conference cable networks.Originally, George was a senior partner in New York City law firm Rubin, Baum, Levin, Constant & Friedman, which upon merger, became the primary New York City division of Dentons, one of the world’s largest international law firms. George has also been very active on behalf of a number of non-profit institutions. Of particular note is his 45+ years of continuous service as counsel, board and committee member, and Board Vice Chairman of the 75+ year-old highly respected National Football Foundation (NFF). He is the co-recipient of the NFF’s 2014 Gold Medal, the institution’s highest honor. Past recipients include 7 US Presidents, a Supreme Court Justice and numerous corporate, military and governmental leaders. Other honors include George's induction into the Paul J. Hooker Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame and being the 2017 Outstanding Alumni of the Bowling Green School of Arts and Sciences.George also served for over 10 years as (i) Board member and Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee of The Hunger Project, (ii) member of the Board of Trustees of the U.S. Naval Academy, and (iii) as a member of the Silicon Valley Division of BENS (Business Executive for National Security)
