- Led the designing and implementation of migrating manual test sanity to a fully automated E2E on-target test bench for a mission-critical LMR device. - Lead the designing and implementing of an Android-based mission-critical LMR accessory integration test strategy, sanity, and on-target E2E automation test bench.- Managed a team of seven engineers day to day tasks and worked with the team manager to generate annual goals and career development plans for team members.- Owned many customer-facing activities, such as coordinated beta internally in the SW organization and collaborated with both EE and ME teams to generate a test plan, caveat list that was shared with the product manager to communicate with participants.
