Currently I am interested in a position that would best use my experience and skill-set for a continued career as a food safety consultant. At the end of June 2017, I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree with an Individualized Studies major through Winona State University. My goal is to work as a independent consultant helping small food service operators, or assume a position with a corporation to assist with their food safety assessment and training. I also have the aspiration of helping churches and church volunteers with their food safety goals.
