George Pasquel III specializes in the entitlement of urban infill, mixed-use projects and other complicated land use endeavors. His diverse background in Entitlement, Development, Construction Management and Architecture provides him with the rare ability to facilitate coordination among all parties in the development process. His wide-ranging project experience encompasses everything from single family homes to multimillion-dollar mixed use developments in both Arizona and California. Mr. Pasquel provides consulting services for select clientele, including Withey Morris, PLC, the largest and most esteemed Land Use Law Firm in Arizona. He has also served as Vice President of Real Estate for Tonnesen, Inc, a boutique, design-build General Contractor that works with commercial investors to re-position distressed properties. Mr. Pasquel was previously a Principal and founding member of Catalyst Development Partners, Inc, a startup venture focused on the development of Distributed Power Systems and niche Construction Management and Entitlement opportunities. Along with his professional work, Mr. Pasquel has also served as a Faculty Associate for Arizona State University, teaching for both the Housing and Community Development department and the School of Public Affairs.
