Concured had an existing business intelligence product that gathered content through Web indexing/scraping and wanted to pivot to providing AI recommendations for it’s clients. The technology team had developed machine learning models to achieve this but were struggling to develop a product that clients could easily use.• I led the globally distributed team to develop an AI SaaS product that could easily be integrated on any Web or Mobile platform.• Developed the company’s capability to deliver end-user products, and created a dashboard to enable customer signup, automated content scraping, model selection, and monitoring of the AI recommendations metrics.• I led the onboarding of enterprise clients, supporting their security and compliance requirements, and enabling successful integration of the product.• We successfully onboarded S&P Global, L’Oreal UK, and L’Oreal India.

As the Head of Engineering at Harper I was responsible for the development of Harper's technology platform; the support and growth of the engineering team, the delivery of new features and partner integrations, the systems architecture, implementation processes and documentation.• I led the onboarding of Harper with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and the integration of Harper's APIs with a SfCC cartridge; that enables Salesforce partners to adopt the Harper service.• Reorganised the architecture to a microservices approach on AWS, creating an API Gateway, and a reusable microservices template. I also implemented a multi-cloud service approach with AWS and Azure as part of a disaster prevention program.• Built a continuous delivery pipeline using Cypress, Docker, GitHub Actions and AWSFargate, so the engineering team could focus on solving problems.• Designed a virtual payment platform using Stripe Issuing, Payment, and Terminal, that enables Harper to take payments through partner e-commerce platforms or in person.

I founded Voyager during furlough. Voyager was a next generation SaaS travel platform enabling real-time search, ticketing, and servicing of IATA travel products.• I built the platform with Google Cloud using Cloud Run, API Gateway, and MongoDB. Deployments were fast and efficient, test automation prevented errors reaching production and the React app securely interacted with the API platform.• l assembled a pre-seed team to develop the proposition.• Voyager became a certified partner with British Airways, and developed integrations withAmerican Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Air France-KLM, and Norwegian Airways.
