Spearheaded organizing, establishing, hiring, training, and managing of the SSO Guardian Program for all campuses in Pinellas & Pasco Counties for Plato Academy. Currently serves as a backup SSO.

Proactive and Prompt Reactive management to a wide array of facility needs for 500,000 MOL square feet of buildings at our facilities across 9 campuses in 3 counties, including the personnel connected therewith. Renovated and restored much of the facility at the Tampa Campus. Spearheaded and submitted application for grant from Hillsborough County - about $800,000 awarded. A fundamental and simple review of the electricity rates, yielded a combined savings of approx. $40,000 per year in perpetuity. Reviewed and submitted lease modifications for approval. Continued communication and interfaced with landlords, Principals, Plato Board, Corporate Office, etc. No job too small; no job too big, as in the substantial renovation of a newly acquired 45,000 SF Campus in Tampa.

Travelled throughout the country to investigate numerous items at various locations that involved the GOA. Prepared PowerPoint presentations for executive leaders of the GOA (Clergy and Laity) as well as for the FBI for related investigations (which led to FBI action).
